Hassle-Free Returns at Don Dipper

At Don Dipper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below for information on how to return or exchange your items.

Please note that any items with customisations (including flag patches) are unable to be returned or exchanged. 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must be in unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • Any items with customisations (including flag patches) are unable to be returned or exchanged. 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our friendly customer support team to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.

  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an Approved Return number and further instructions on how to return your items.

  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack your items, making sure they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

  4. Label and Ship: Affix the provided Returns label to your package and send it to the address specified in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

  • Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within [3-5 business days] of receiving the returned items. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please let us know when initiating the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
